Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Terms and Conditions
You have 14 days to cancel a booked ticket and/or exhibition stand that has been booked via the website. To cancel, please call us on 0151 707 3588 and we will cancel your booking for you. However, we will deduct 2.5% from your booking to cover any credit card fees.
Once a ticket has been booked, and the 14 days has expired, it cannot be cancelled. However, the ticket can be transferred by changing the delegate name in your account.
Once an exhibition stand has been booked, and the 14 days has expired, it cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to The Recycling Event, or ask to leave, without refund anyone who is or appears to be/have:
- Under the influence of excessive quantities of alcohol or drugs
- Acting aggressively or disruptively towards event staff, delegate, exhibitors, trade associations, sponsors or anyone else at The Recycling Event
- Acting in a racist, sexist, homophobic or ageist manner
- Under the age of 18
- Presents a security risk towards event staff, delegate, exhibitors, trade associations, sponsors or anyone else at The Recycling Event
- Presents a hygiene risk towards event staff, delegate, exhibitors, trade associations, sponsors or anyone else at The Recycling Event
- Does not have a valid ticket for the event either on paper or electronically
- Any other reasonable reason at the discretion of the event organisers Hanicke Robins Sanderson Limited.
Alcohol is available to purchase at this event and attendees should drink responsibly. Any consumption of alcohol and any behaviour arising from that consumption, is the responsibility of the individual and not of Hanicke Robins Sanderson Limited.
The event venue, The Ricoh Arena, contains the Grosvenor Casino that will be open to the public and event delegates. This is not an official The Recycling Event venue and any individuals who make use of the casino do so aware that no responsibility can be taken by Hanicke Robins Sanderson Limited for anything that occurs in the casino. If you wish to visit the Grosvenor Casino, you do so under your own responsibility. Please visit the website http://www.whenthefunstops.co.uk/ if you intend to use the Grosvenor Casino.
The event organisers, Hanicke Robins Sanderson Limited, cannot be held responsible by the actions of individuals who attend The Recycling Event. We reserve the right to inform the company/organisation that the delegate is employed by of any behaviour that does not meet our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to prevent attendance at The Recycling Event in future of any individual or company that has previously violated our terms and conditions.
The Recycling Event is held at the WASPS Convention Centre at The Ricoh Arena owned by WASPS Holdings Limited. Any issues arising due to the venue should be submitted to the management and/or owners of WASPS Convention Centre at the Ricoh Arena.
In the event of legal action, this must be under English law.
